I am the primary liaison between all internal staffing branch offices, the corporate offices and the designated assigned national account customers throughout the US, including but not limited to 3rd party designated Managed Service Providers (“MSP”). 
I oversee daily operations to include job order fulfillment, contract compliance, relationship building, and best servicing strategies required by the customer. I am responsible for continual development required to educate and collaborate with various internal leadership with our field offices to ensure the best in class and most profitable outcome from our contractual programs assigned.  
Coordinate and support all aspects of key national account contract compliance and quality of relationship delivery, as a means to enable recruiting and business development staff to focus on account growth. Expedite requisition fulfillment via timely submission fulfillment, data accuracy, and retention services. Identify best practices for success per client location, successfully engage internal partners to participate in recruiting, and reveal additional hiring manager/location servicing opportunities. Support visibility to key performance indicators and compliance through regular tracking, auditing, and reporting.

Sr. Supplier Relationship Consultant

Building a regional national accounts ecosystem, submission compliance, partner with recruiters in the region and build relationships with both the Managed Service Provider's and Project Managers.

Job Duties Include:
• Maintain a solid working knowledge of all assigned accounts.
• Assume primary responsibility for order fulfillment for all assigned accounts within designated region.
• Manage all activities related to the operations and maintenance of client accounts assigned
• Ensure data integrity relating to all systems and databases impacted by each assigned account.
• Ensure compliance and consistency with project objectives.
• Provide orientation to new associates outlining client’s requirements
• Provide leadership, direction and counseling to all personnel working for client
• Manage Partnered Vendor relationships, including but not limited to, weekly billing, termination of assignments, screening of candidates, problem resolution
• Maintain accurate records of recruiting and order fulfillment activity
• Maintain and facilitate all processes of the vendor management system (VMS) tool if utilized by the client, including but not limited to, creating assignments within the system, creating time-sheets in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy of time-sheets and ensuring approval of time-sheets before processing.
