Increasing Sourcing Awareness
- Supporting and leading some activities regarding the Transformation Program of the division: defining the digitization roadmap up to 2022, leading the 'Sourcing Digital Platform' project and contributing on high-value fundamentals like Category Management & SRM,
- New Financial Performance Methodology definition that aims to be more transparent for our business partners,
- Setting up a new organization and service offer for the Data Management Office (Analytics, business case & compliance regarding data).

Moving to Business partners centricity
- Managing the 'Sourcing Digital Platform' program that aims to give to the end-user the capability to follow the complete Source to Contract process by himself ; Setup was managed following design-thinking methodology and the first MVP is on-going on Consulting Services in France and User Onboarding,
- Assessing the Sourcing division via Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics to focus on our partner's satisfaction.

Fostering Digitization & Efficiency
- Revamping the Spend Analysis systems to leading edge technologies of data unification via machine learning capabilities and data visualization,
- Automating via Robotics Process Automation (RPA) projects that aims to increase the efficiency of the back-offices activities for IT Contractors procurement teams.

Securing Compliance
- GDPR : Sourcing representative for the Group's GDPR Program ; Prioritization of the stock, organization & repapering of the contracts managed by the French Sourcing division (1300+ contracts),
- Know Your Supplier : Increasing the risk assessment coverage to new regions and also with new extended criteria on Sanctions & Embargoes.
