► Web application developed using GatbsyJS, where performance and energy efficiency were required by the client.
► Cross-platform mobile application developed using Flutter & Firebase, for a client in the Food & Beverage Industry.

Freelance Software Engineer

Part of a team of skilled Software Engineers, with my main focus being the KYC/KYB processes. 

During my team at Weavr, I worked very closely with all the other teams to provide valuable input, ensure projects remain on track and guarantee that issues have been solved.

Senior Software Engineer

CCBill

Leading and mentoring one of the main Software Engineering teams at CCBill with 5 members. 

► Designing and developing projects defined by the Business Executives, including integration with credit card processors & banks and implemented payment directives (such as PSD2 3D-Secure).
► Debugging and providing support during critical issues, in partnership with the Software Operations team.
► Ensuring code quality is of the highest standard, documentation is kept up to date and all PCI requirements are met.
► Collaborated very closely with the rest of the teams (Architecture, Project Management, Release Engineer and Quality Assurance) to achieve projects effectively and efficiently.

Software Engineering Team Lead

► Focused on the modernisation of the Payment Forms and Chargeback management tools. 
► Added Full Testing Coverage and improved documentation drastically around these projects.

Software Engineer

HOB GmbH & Co. KG

► Designed and developed a VPN proxy written in C++. 
► Initiated the developed documentation and internal Wiki for the VPN project.

Initiated the modernisation of the company's VPN product, with the goal of moving away from a monolith to microservices.

Fortytwo Telecom

► Design and Developed RESTFul APIs to enable the creation of new internal tools, improving the productivity of the Support department drastically. An example of one such tool, is an On-Demand SMS price update functionality for the company's clients.
► Aided in a Partnership Project with Viber, which was developed with the microservice architecture using messaging queues for communication (RabbitMQ).

Software Developer

► Managed the internal network, including the Active Directory and VOIP system.
► Provided technical support to my colleagues.
► Managed and organised the technological inventory.

IT Administration Assistant

A software engineer with a knack for building awesome stuff. I've led a team of 5 rockstar engineers and worked in the telecom and fintech space.

Now I'm based in Lisbon, building in the consumer social space 👀.
