As a People Development Architect, I specialize in designing and implementing strategies to foster the growth, development, and well-being of individuals within an organization in support of core business functions and strategies. I use evidence-based talent management strategies that align with and drive organizational strategy in order to design and implement programs to enhance change management, cultivate effective leadership, increase employee engagement and improve organizational culture.
