-Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Kenco leaders, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility
-Prepare candidates for interviewing with Kenco and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions and expectation setting
-Source and recruit for technical and senior level positions on a national, multi-location level
-Use effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, and appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts, both verbally and in written form on a timely basis
-Manage workload, prioritize tasks, accept criticism and constructive feedback, and manage time well within a fast-paced and growing organization
-Present a diverse pipeline of candidates and prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval
-Sourcing and screening candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, basic qualifications and technical expertise
-Ensure adherence to the selection process and compliance documentation
-Provide timely feedback to all candidates
-Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
