Digital Development Leader

Uber

Responsible for a 250+ organization with an $18MM+ P&L that spanned support centers across the East Coast. Uber’s Greenlight locations collectively supported thousands of driver partners per week in person. Scaled team from 50 to 250 and managed six leaders across various states. Spent considerable time building an inclusive culture focused on employee engagement and retention. 

Oversaw a 2 year, $5 million project to move a flagship Greenlight that required cross-functional work with the brand, facilities, and policy teams. The project received extensive press coverage on local tv, radio, and in the NY Times.

Regional GM (Partner Support Center)

Directly managed 1 location including 9 supervisors, who oversaw a team of 15 contractors. The team doubled in size and an additional location was opened within 6 months that provided in-person support for Uber partners. 

Focused on support center design changes to improve partner experience in the center, operational efficiency experiments to increase throughput, and improving staff onboarding with a heavy focus on customer service.
