Overall responsibility for the smooth operation of the law firm. Responsible for all bookkeeping duties of the firm including but not limited to processing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivables, bank reconciliations of both the operating and trust accounts. Assist our tax-preparer with the information needed to complete the company’s corporate tax returns.  Ensure that the companies payroll taxes are paid in a timely manner as well as keeping the companies licensing requirements in compliance and up to date.  Assist attorney with the drafting of motions and preparation of cases for trial. Assist with coordinating hearings, mediations and depositions as needed. Also responsible with new employee recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training. Other duties as assigned.

Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Jeannette is married to Attorney, Anthony Meehan Genova.  They live in Weston, FL with their three small pooches, a Malteepoo named Bentley and 2 Havanese puppies called Louis and Bailey.
