Hey there, I’m Jean-Paul! I’m an entrepreneur, recruiter, techie, home chef, and outdoor enthusiast. A little over 7 years ago, I founded Baxter Talent, a US-based technical recruiting firm with dedicated practice areas in hardware, software, and information security. I’m highly skilled in helping small and midsize companies attract and hire talent, and I love partnering with rapidly scaling start-ups and accelerating their growth. I’ve been featured in CSO Online, local television, print, and other media publications, and I hold a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and SHRM-SCP designation. When I’m not working on talent acquisition, I enjoy giving back to the community. In 2021 and 2022, I served as the President of the Knoxville Volunteer Rotary Club, where we achieved several distinguished club awards in our region.
