Sample client: Avis Budget Group had goals of securing it's position as the global leader in car rental category and owning the largest electric vehicle fleet in the industry. To achieve these goals, Avis needed to fundamentally change the way they built technology products.

Outcomes 
As part of Avis' senior transformation leadership team, I established the organisation's new Agile Ways of Working and personally coached executives towards a customer centric mindset. I then led the role out to 20+ agile teams that would move the organization towards "Feature Teams" i.e. empowered cross-functional teams.
