As Brand Director at Scott Auto Group, I participate in the strategic planning and execution of numerous aspects of our dealerships' growth and marketing, including brand development, customer experience, reputation, customer feedback loop, acquisition, and retention. I am now part of the Auto Group Executive Team. I've contributed my time and talents since 2013, and received an invitation to join our strategic leadership in 2019. I have a vested interest in values-driven decision making and activities. I accepted the lead role in developing an open-point presentation in Summer 2021. We moved to the finalist phase and ultimately were awarded that point. I've also been a member of our launch team for two acquisitions, Ryan Kia in 2014 and, recently, Rossi Honda in 2023. I will contribute my energy to our upcoming Kia store opening in Spring 2024, another new point in Limerick, PA. I enjoy collaborating with a team of professionals as much as I value building customer experiences in our dealerships. I am a co-worker to every single person who commits their talents to our organization… this dealership business is a team sport. I am passionate about organizational culture and setting a high benchmark for customer experience. I also bring a strong background in SEO, Google Ads, design, web development, coding, UI design, data pattern recognition, project initiation, planning, and execution. I have a heart for our automotive industry, so I am driven to continually learn and fully participate in its wider community. My professional goal is to leverage my initiative, creativity, and experience to drive more growth and customer loyalty. This includes educating myself on progressive ideas, trying them, and staying energized. I'm always seeking new connections because I am a student of humility, and I am grateful when others share that I don't know what I don't know.
