Before joining Allergan, I spent 3 years at CollaGenex Pharmaceuticals, winning back-to-back President’s Club awards. Then in 2005, I joined Allergan as a Territory Manager on the Dermatology Team promoting Botox. My accomplishments include “Rookie of the Year” and “Territory Manager of the Year” in 2006 & 2007. In the years that followed, I earned 6 President’s Club awards and completed my MBA at Texas A&M University in 2011. During 2008 and 2009, I served as the Regional Training Manager for the West Coast. In 2011, I was promoted to Area Sales Manager for the Gulf Coast Team. While serving in this role, the team celebrated a 2nd place Leadership Trip finish in 2012 out of 10 teams. During 2013, the Gulf Coast achieved a 1st place President's Club victory out of 10 teams. Then, I moved onto an elite team of Hospital Account Managers that served the DoD, VA, IDN, and Academic Medical Centers. We supported all 9 indications of Botox (injectable buy and bill biologic) within these accounts. Our responsibility consists of injection training, reimbursement, office efficiency, formulary placement, and working with C-Suite Administrators. During my 4 year tenure in this role, my team won the Leadership Trip 3 times. After several years, I was promoted to the Botox Business Practice Specialist Team. In this role, 50% of my time was spent assisting clinics with access to Botox. Once on Botox, implemented tools and strategies for patients to remain on Botox. The other 50% of my time consisted of consulting with physicians and administrators on techniques to build their Botox Practice. Currently, I'm working at Biogen on the SMA Rare Disease Team. We focus on large academic hospital systems. Half of my responsibility is sales and the other is patient access to a high cost medication. This is a highly collaborative role in which we serve the SMA patients. During my 4 years at Biogen, I’ve won President’s Club 4 years in a row. Plus, served on the SMA Marketing Team during 2021.
