Working closely with Executive Producer and VP, of Production, serve as lead event producer to successfully execute Target in-store special events to celebrate holidays and key occasions throughout the calendar year. 

Manage the planning, staffing, talent sourcing, production elements, logistics, store management communication, 3rd party vendors, and recap/reporting for 1935+ national Target locations per confirmed HQ program schedule.

Lead planning, strategy, and execution for 2022 Petmate Chuckit! National Fetch Day including 30 total events, all happening on Saturday, October 15! We also like to call it, THE BEST DOG PARTY OF THE YEAR! 

NBC Sports Kentucky Derby 
In partnership with VP of Production, helped managed sourcing, logistics, and planning for NBC Sports Kentucky Derby Media Tour + NYC VIP Influencer Party to promote event day tune-in.

Lead artist sourcing, negotiations, management, and program logistics weekly, as local artists created a 5-yard-long mural in 20 local markets inspired by online fan input.

As the first Experiential Marketing Lead for Coaster Cycles, I helped design and launch the start-up division in partnership with the company’s CEO and Founder.  

I led prospecting outreach, strategy and ideation with brands and agency partners to build custom sampling vehicles for live event activations and out-of-home pedicab advertising campaigns for Nestlé, Pepsi, Constellation Brands, Netflix, Wendy's/Doordash, Little Tikes, Chase Bank, Aramark and Sunday Riley to name a few.

My leadership and new business initiatives helped sign on 20+ new clients while providing in-market management, training, and support to over 30+ national field team operators to successfully execute live events and out-of-home national brand campaigns.

In partnership with strategy/creative, production, and digital teams, produced experiential programs and live events for various clients including Nestlé, Oracle, Starbucks, AT&T and StubHub. 

Excelled as the client service lead and worked in close partnership with Nestlé's internal Presence Marketing team to deliver unique and memorable sampling experiences across a portfolio of 5 CPG brands targeting millennials and college students.

Trained and managed 6 crewmembers to perform at the agencies highest expectations of marketing to the general public and documented daily events via photos and live video footage while performing free health screenings to low-income communities in need. 

Assisted in the setting-up and breaking-down of event mobile tour set up, scheduled travel for all team members, collected data of events and managed expense reports for a team of 6 people.
