Jeff Holbrook spent over 27 years as an award winning teacher, championship coach, and respected school administrative leader in Indiana, Kentucky, and Florida. His passion for helping others in the classroom and on the field set him apart from other educators and earned him a spot in each community’s heart. Jeff’s administrative role as Director of Admissions at the world’s most prestigious boarding school, IMG Academy here in Bradenton, and KCD in Louisville, KY, allowed him to serve and practice as a “connector and protector” with integrity and charisma. Real Estate is all about connecting and protecting buyers and sellers, and throughout his career, Jeff’s been known for doing just that through his work ethic, organizational strategies, and listening skills. Jeff will give you everything he’s got and treat you with the utmost respect and professionalism. Jeff played football and baseball at Wabash College in Crawfordsville, IN, and graduated as a Boilermaker from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. Jeff watched his wife, Shandra “The Cheerful Realtor”, transition from the education world to real estate in 2019. He soon followed by earning his license in 2020. Jeff and Shandra together have helped numerous families with transactions throughout the Bradenton/Sarasota area. Of course, their favorite closing was their own purchase of a rental unit in Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island, which has spawned a newfound love of property management. Working with Jeff or Shandra means you're working with Jeff AND Shandra! Jeff, Shandra, and their two IMG Academy alumni children have lived here in Bradenton since 2017. The “kids” can now be found competing athletically at the Division I level. Samantha is a hammer thrower for the Georgia Southern Eagles, and John is a wide receiver for the Paladins of Furman University. Whenever they’re together, you’ll more than likely find them all out on the boat chillin’ at Jewfish Key, shelling at Egmont, or fishing a mangrove.
