After a 20+ year career in management and audit for financial and pharmaceutical institutions, Jeff transitioned fulltime into public speaking, individual & group coaching, workshop facilitation and consulting. The focus of Jeff's program with Your Story To Glory, is to address the all-important and critical matters of the heart, from where all our actions originate. Jeff's focus and techniques are based upon establishing trust, understanding and the delivery of truth, and working with people to bring about steadfast and positive transformation. Jeff, with his wife Tierney, live in Phoenix, Arizona with their three children. Jeff's early years we spent in South Bend, Indiana, then attended Purdue University graduating with a degree in Management & Accounting. Jeff also enjoys studying the wisdoms of the Bible, Crossfit, adventuring, good food and great conversations. During Jeff's professional career in Financial Technology, Banking, Finance, and Pharmaceuticals he performed roles in the areas of internal audit, external audit, SOX (Dutch, USA and Japanese), risk management, internal control, pricing analytics and regulatory compliance. Consistently develop efficiencies, process improvements, risk/issue mitigation and value-added internal controls.
