Responsible for driving sales strategies, sales planning, MBO’s and a Unified sales approach across the property & casualty organization.
Unified sales channel leader 
•	Responsible for continued channel and regional alignment for field sales leaders and associates. 
•	Field Sales Liaison to Nationwide Academy – assist with the improvement and/or develop of effective unified training programs
•	Unified sales leader onboarding
•	Development and reinforcement of unified field sales MBO’s – Common goal setting
•	Sales Culture lead
•	Staff Sales Liaison to regional SAVP’s and Directors
Field/Agent Business Meetings 
•	Includes but not limited to the development, facilitation and support of the following:
o	Monthly and bi-annual SAVP meetings
o	Agency council coordinator
o	Field Sales Leadership council
o	NSM
Other duties as assigned 
Exception process committee member
Represent on national planning for CL. Distribution
o	NNP agency code project/agency review development
o	Delegate for the VP of Sales
o	Nationwide Financial Liason

	Distribution Strategy 
•	Development and enforcement of New appointment guidelines/expectations (Commitment, transfer, results etc..).  Tools and resources support.
•	Agency Management guidance and support to the field
o	Agency review – hold regions accountable, quarterly review of agency review action log, monitor cancelled business activity and share best practices
o	AIDCO program performance assessment, support and recommendations
o	Common tools and resource development and support
•	Drive small commercial activation
•	Annual sales planning 
•	Nationwide National Partners staff sales liason
•	Industry relationship manager
o	Big I
o	 PIA
o	Best Practices study
o	Diversity of agents & how to target, mentor program, diversity learning series
