Interactive Fitness had virtual fitness bikes in over 8K gyms, with 3M registered riders across the US and pivoted into a direct-to-consumer model given the pandemic trends, with an updated modern smartbike that competed with Peloton and Zwift targeting the modern fitness family.

•Executed the strategic pivot, created a new brand, DTC experience, and launched it into the market.
•Acquired by Blue Gogi in Jan 2022.

Promoted to lead a team of 15, orchestrating the omnichannel direct-to-consumer strategy and go-to-market plans for NIKEiD, NikeSB, and Hurley brands. 

•Introduced a personalized customer experience strategy with omnichannel CRM and loyalty programs, leading to a +25% increase in mobile sales, doubled order values and items per purchase, and improved repeat customer rate from 65% to 70%.
• Increased NIKEiD.com revenue by 22% by offering lower prices, faster delivery (from 4 weeks to 7 days), and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy.
• Boosted NikeSB revenue by 55% by making Nike.com the go-to online spot for skateboarders with top products and relevant content for mobile users.
• Expanded Hurley brand to Nike.com to capitalize on boardshort trends, resulting in a 53% sales increase.
• Led an AR social media campaign that let users access a special sneaker collaboration via an app, achieving a complete sell-out of the 'Momofuku' Dunk sneaker.

Based on Nike+ Fuelband and NFL successes, I was selected to own product marketing and merchandising for Nike's largest store, Nike.com to simplify the customer experience.

• By putting the consumer at the center of the strategy, we collapsed 75 sites into one; convinced the brand teams to work together along one consumer journey, inspiring consumers on the path to purchase, resulting in doubling conversion from 2% to over 4%.
• Developed a global playbook for seasonal digital product marketing and site merchandising, aligning the company around a common language and best practices rooted in customer segmentation.

Executed go-to-market plans for ambitious product launches like the Nike+ Fuelband, a wristband that tracked activity and gamified fitness through competition and community exceeding forecasts and the NFL partnership by beating the NFL at their own game - speed to market.
