Project Manager and Electrical Engineer since 2003 with a Master’s in Business Administration, fluent in Portuguese and English. I started working as a field technician. That time prepared me with hands-on experience as an electrician and telecommunication technician. As a supervisor, I helped to standardize technical and administrative processes that resulted in the approval of contracts with large companies. As a Project Manager (Electrical Engineer), I managed a team of engineers and employees to develop technical specifications (drawings, calculations, descriptions) to design multiple electrical, telecommunications, and low-voltage electronic security systems. Delivering quick and quality projects, we were trusted by some significant companies for many projects. I also was a Technical Area Operations Manager, managing customer support managers and a large team of field technicians. By creating streamlined daily planning meetings and automatizing service schedules, we could plan strategies to track goals and increase productivity and profitability. During the pandemic and before receiving my US Work Permit, I worked remotely as a consultant and designed projects for former clients and partners in Brazil. After receiving my US work permit, I started my own company to provide services and learn the standards used in the US. Now as a Permanent Resident (Green Card holder), I want to have a chance to continue my career in the United States, learn much more, and share all my experiences.
