In my 15 years of human services, within the helping profession, I have served individuals on the micro level and help change communities on the macro level. I’ve gained several qualities pertaining to people and helping them reach their max potential. I have helped others gain quality services that would help them improve their circumstances for long-term development. I have a background in mental health advocacy and social work. With this experience, I have a unique perspective that will help me connect with prospects and have meaningful conversations with customers. I am very passionate and know that speaking from the heart will help me support your company. I’ve helped many identify barriers to growth and met them where they are, to overcome those barriers. Sales is just that in the relationship building process. I believe that understanding sales and becoming successful in it, is understanding human behavior. Knowing what motivates people takes a great amount of listening and empathizing. Putting ourselves in their shoes for a moment can help us identify their challenges and support them in identifying the solutions.
