I love to listen, laugh, and learn. You may think everyone does, but... Read on if you want to find out what makes my attitude and approach different. Well, first I'll share the not so dry details. I was born and grew up in the Washington DC area, studied in China, Japan, and the US, and now live in Jerusalem. I’m very “American” when it comes to smiling and talking to strangers. I love to talk about teaching, traveling, and technology. I’m now working to grow Easy Talk and financial know-how for kids with The Socractic Experience and adults. I also study Hebrew. As a recent immigrant, I know I'm in the right place and am excited for many more years of contributions. I like hearing about people's pain points, receiving brutal feedback, and even networking. I also write and deliver poems that make people either laugh hysterically or roll their eyes. I take pleasure in talking with all kids of people, especially the most difficult ones. I also enjoy helping people achieve their professional goals and love to learn about new technologies in EdTech and FinTech. I love every opportunity to persuade, but only when I understand that person. I love every opportunity to share a chuckle, but only when I'm confident I've created alignment. I love every opportunity to hear what's new and true, but only once I've built trust with that person. Fortunately, those are what I do best.
