I've been a real estate agent, Insurance/annuities/investments agent, Venture Builder, Angel investor, VC, real estate investor, advisor, mentor, coach, consultant, board advisor, board of directors member, business owner... In the startup world, you name it and I've pretty much done it! I've raised and continue to raise private capital, institutional capital, debt and equity. I've started, funded, launched and exited dozens of small businesses and Venture Building projects. I'm a builder and not a buyer. I prefer to start things from scratch. I love the early stage complexities of starting companies. This is where I thrive. I've been broke. I've filed bankruptcy. I've started over. I've failed more than I've succeeded, par for the course in this game. I'm a natural giver, a servant leader and I love helping others... but I do not do things for free.
