Transaction Closure: Driving deals to successful completion. Portfolio Management & Construction: Architecting resilient investment structures and managing ongoing performance. Fund Launch & Due Diligence: Leading the comprehensive process for new fund creation and thorough investment vetting. Champion Venture Partners: Our Mandate CVP's mandate is dual-focused, strategically expanding access to high-quality investment opportunities: Fund Innovation: To create, launch, and manage new 40-Act Investment Funds, providing all investors, regardless of accreditation status, access to sophisticated strategies. Co-Investment Excellence: To offer our network rigorously underwritten co-investment opportunities through deal-by-deal Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and pooled funds. All of our investment vehicles are managed by our wholly-owned, SEC-registered investment advisor (RIA) subsidiary, Champion Capital. Our Investment Thesis (Non-Exhaustive) Target: Minimum 2X MOIC (Multiple on Invested Capital) within a five-year horizon. Focus: Primary focus on equity appreciation and built-in exit strategies. Cash flow and dividends are supplemental, not primary drivers. Deal Flow: While internal scouts, warm introductions, brokers, and investment bankers drive 99% of our deal flow, we evaluate select cold pitches on a case-by-case basis. Stage: We maintain a disciplined focus on mature ventures, with early-stage startups representing a minimal allocation.
