Through 20 years in Talent Acquisition, I've experienced virtually every Corporate or Company environment one could imagine, from Global Enterprises in Information Technology, the greatest Research Labs in the world (think Department of Energy National Lab Complex) collaborative institutions, Defense / Intel, Space, Big 4, to Quantum Computing startups- all with dynamic, deadline driven, lightspeed paced environments in both Leadership and IC roles requiring best practices to optimize and achieve a world class production environment. This has required an accumulation of integrated best practices with OFCCP and EEOC Compliance, Compensation ( Total Rewards, Equity, Benefits, Salary Evals ), Global Mobility / Relocation (Domestic and International), Visa processing (H-1, L-1, J-1, etc.) business process analysis / improvement, continuity from previous Leadership, Team Lead roles and / or Subject Matter Expert positions. These roles, of necessity, required business process analysis and optimization, Executive Level engagement, presentations, stakeholder buy-in; rapid immersion, dissemination to technical line managers to maximize efficiency and ROI, worker as well as project productivity. All of these efforts have also been integrated with sourcing internationally regardless of time zones, in EMEA, LATAM, APAC, with myself being the sole resource, enhancing communications with all groups to ensure successful delivery, full lifecycle to candidate onboarding. Other strengths of significant depth include Energy (Renewables to Oil and Gas),Defense / Intel up to TS/SCI, Poly), L or Q Clearances on Government Defense contracts ITAR, DARPA, FAR / DFARS), ESH&Q (Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Fire, Electrical Protection, etc.).
