Experiences consists of having 20 + years in the fields of Information Technology (Systems, Development, Architecture), Research Science (Heterogeneous Catalysis, Pyrolysis, Plastics Upcycling, Polymers, Grid Development, much more), Engineering (Nuclear, Electrical, Mechanical), Nuclear High Hazard / Emergency Operations, Security (Forensics, Cyber-, IDS/ IPS, Physical), Supply Chain (Kanban, MRO/ P, Production, Inventory, Logistics) and Executive recruiting (both domestically and internationally) with special emphasis on networking and project oriented work, and the PM methodologies surrounding them. Successfully involved in full life cycle recruiting, OFCCP and EEOC Compliance, adverse impact studies, business process analysis / improvement, continuity; have been in the roles of Team Lead and / or Subject Matter Expert in previous positions. In these capacities have been responsible for responding to RFP's, composing project scope, recruiting methodologies, metrics and productivity evaluation, training, designing sourcing models, etc. Some of the spaces that I have been engaged in (as well as non-technological) in a variety of industries include Energy, Defense (working with up to TS/SCI individuals, L or Q Clearances ((Full Scope/Lifestyle)) on Government Defense contracts), Supply Chain (CPIM, Purchasing / Scheduling), Executive Recruitment on an RPO basis, Finance (CPA's, Controllers, CFO's) and many more. Though not an exhaustive list of skill sets, my experience entails architecture from a Systems and Development, as well as Cyber Security), database development, data warehousing, BI and many others.
