Personally formed and currently lead a multi-discipline group of IT, marketing, business development, and product management staff, with close support from offshore resources in India, Philippines, Malaysia and Czech Republic. ➢	Profitably expanded retail sales through channel partners by over 300% through aggressive business development efforts during tenure.
➢	Succeeded in growing and rapidly yearly revenue through effective partner programs and online venues, or 60% and 40% of channel contribution, respectively.

➢	Played a key role in aggressively expanding divisional revenue from $12 million with initial website start-up that later grew to $100 million currently with same business team still in place.
➢	Organized and executed a comprehensive marketing plan with PPC, SEO, affiliate program, blog presence, and banner ads, achieving 150% of sales projects in first year.
