•	Directed the maintenance and enhancement of Loan Originations System (LOS) and team, including BA, QA, Developers, DevOps, DBA
•	Added features such as Automated Underwriting, eDelivery/eSignature, custom Pricing Engine.
•	Added technologies such as Elasticsearch, Kibana, Power BI, SQLSentry, SignalR and RabbitMQ.
•	Leading IBMi (AS/400) team towards modernization with Open Source tools, Eradani Connect, Profound.js and Profound API
•	Added Azure DevOps pipelines for all .NET applications.  In Progress for IBMi.
•	Using Azure API and Power BI to collect, report and visualize KPIs for individuals and teams.

Director of Software Engineering

Led the design and development of a new Loan Originations System (LOS), from the ground up.  This included selecting and implementing new platform, new development team, more agile/robust/efficient SDLC processes (including BA and QA), DBA and DevOps plus team collaboration tools.  This was done in tight partnership with numerous, engaged business stakeholders.

•	Responsible for end to end of project, talent management and risk management
•	Hired and directed 15 senior developers (full-time and contract), a technical architect and a DBA

-Utilized a proactive, empirical approach to find and eliminate bottlenecks using a custom performance dashboard and centralized error logging, minimizing the reliance upon external analysis tools which can be far less agile than these self-diagnosing systems.

-Managed a team of full-time and internal and external contract developers with extensive development experience
-During this time, completed several courses in psychology at University of Tennessee which contributed to better understanding of personality and team management, aiding in bridging the gap between IT and the Business.
•Served as interim network manager and help desk supervisor during time of economic uncertainty- 
-Improved the redundancy of our systems and our backup and recovery
-Managed our EMC SAN
-Installed new critical business servers on new hardware:  SQL Server, application server, mail server and web server

IT Project Manager

•Exhibited excellent customer service, allowing advancement to the position of technical support supervisor.  Served as manager for a year as department and technical support team grew.  
•Proven commitment to writing solid code.  Developed many of the company’s prevailing enterprise systems, e.g. payment processing system that was used for approximately 8 years (until an accounting system was purchased) and a staged funding system that is still in use.
•Supported and enhanced our Loan Originations System which was built by contractors.
