If there’s one thing I understand very well as an executive leader, it’s the importance and value of scalable and sustainable growth strategies. After working across multiple business areas for a highly recognizable brand, I leveraged what I learned to help several other organizations drive increased brand awareness, sales, revenue, and profits. I enjoy stepping into environments with high-growth potential and either building or rebuilding the business and its brands to achieve next-level success. My current CCO position has seen me lead the business through remediation, successfully relaunching the business with tremendous results. Prior, I directed multiple business line and product launches for different companies, developing processes, strategies, visions, and teams – sometimes from the ground up. In each of my leadership roles, I delivered successful turnarounds, improvements, and revenue growth. I did this by drawing from my cross-functional background in operations, corporate strategy, sales and marketing, and business and product development. Some of my specific results? ✔ Developed the vision and creation of a new business line, growing revenue from $0 to $100M in 2 years. ✔ Directed the relaunch of a business and a brand after company remediation, tripling weekly sales. ✔ Conceived a turnaround strategy for a $125M business line, increasing sales 3% and market penetration 2 points in just 6 months. With a forward-looking vision and long-term goals in sight, I drive decisions, strategies, and initiatives in the short term that create advancement and growth to both the top and bottom lines.
