-Responsible for ensuring that each team completes their project on time, on schedule and within scope. I develop project plans with the team and manage the team’s performance of project tasks. 

-Responsible to secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from the Sponsor and Stakeholders. Provide weekly communication to management via status reports, risk management updates, draft and submit weekly budget proposals and recommend changes where necessary. Report any escalation issues that cannot be resolved by the engineering and technical team.

-Responsible for coordinating and overseeing VOIP database gathering meetings to ensure our telephony requirements are met prior to implementation and training.

My accounts consist of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, UCLA Medical Center, Hoag Hospital and Manhattan Beach Unified School District.

•  Performed countless ‘Greenfield’ implementations, upgrades, assessment and enhancements to new and existing Cisco ICM and Contact Center environments in a variety of industries (i.e. Healthcare).  Responsibilities included Discovery and Requirements gathering sessions with key project sponsors, application deployment, ICM call routing design, documentation, implementation, training and production roll-out.  
•  Implemented multi-site Cisco ICM solutions for small, medium and large organizations.
•   Provide technical expertise in complex data/voice network design, configuration and troubleshooting.  Re-design and troubleshoot highly complex systems.  
•   Interface with clients and guide them through strategic planning and needs assessment, develop comprehensive graphical and text-based design documentation, assist in the procurement process and effectively manage the implementation process though cutover and acceptance.
•   Act as onsite project manager.  Responsible for coordinating engineer, customer and vendor schedules.   Provide lead and mentoring support to sales and engineering staff.

    community and outside sales team to sell these packaged solutions.  
•  Responsible for generating new quotes, quote follow-ups, order processing, vendor    
    management and probing accounts for new sales opportunities.  
•  Retain close relationship with customer and manage residual business
•  Manage large installations, coordinate vendors and track equipment.  Work closely with customer’s timelines to ensure a timely installation of data or voice solutions.

•  Responsible for installation, maintenance and service of Nortel Norstar CICS/MICS/BCM, and Voice Mail telephone system projects.  
•  Gather information for Project Managers and Sales Support Managers.
•   Act as onsite project manager.  Coordinate installation, training and technical resources.
•  Work with customer to gather existing network information, floor plans with jack locations, and gather special requirements for each individual telephone user. 
•  Switch programming for Nortel MICS, CICS, BCM50 and BCM400
•  Program voice mail applications: mailboxes, call center, faxing, Unified Messaging and point-to-point networking
•  Provide end user and administration training, provide Post cut coverage.
