I was responsible for the growth of the Loan Market Group Victorian network, supporting existing brokers in the development of their businesses, including growth for our business owners support teams. I was responsible for recruiting new brokers into Loan Market - both established and bankers transitioning into the mortgage broking industry.

As a business development manager at Virgin Money, my role was to assist brokers with loan scenarios that best fit our lending policy, Key parts of my role were to manage my allocated accounts and work closely with aggregator partners to ensure the best service was being provided to our broker network. A thorough understanding of our lending policy and the ability to work closely with credit was the most critical part of my role, I also frequently presented to broker groups and brought in new business to achieve allocated targets.

As a Mortgage Broker my role was to research the features, options, fees and charges of various banks to find the best fit for my clients. I was able to provide independent and ongoing support as well as advice, to assist my clients with the best possible solutions for their Home Loans and ongoing lending needs.
