During this period, my focus was on ensuring data quality in HR implementations, mapping and improving existing payroll processes and IT systems, and coordinating Project Payroll to gain insight into the current status of global payroll processes.

In addition, I led the implementation of the employee engagement tool &Frankly and prepared for future implementations, such as job and salary scale software, Time Management, Expense Management, ESG, and Recruitment.

HR Project & QA Manager

At TBAuctions, I was part of a team responsible for a comprehensive reorganization. As the head of a business unit, I ensured the correct execution of the Social Plan and compliance with all legal obligations. My role encompassed coordinating and advising at both the tactical and operational levels. Resposible for the implementation of FreshDesk, a HR Ticket Tool.

In addition, I took on responsibility for recruitment and absenteeism management, as well as improving processes and HR policy. With the implementation of the ticketing system the SLA (response time) improved from 55 % to 90 %, along with ensuring the embedding of associated processes, thereby enhancing the maturity of the HR department.

HR Advisor (Projects)

During my tenure at FocusCura, I played a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager and the Management Team during the transitional phase following the acquisition by ASSA ABLOY in 2020. 

I actively contributed to addressing various HR-related challenges that emerged as a result of the merger. My key focus areas encompassed alleviating staffing shortages, mitigating attrition, and enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction. Moreover, I diligently worked on optimizing collaboration and streamlining operational and tactical processes.

At Doove Care Group, I spearheaded the professionalization and establishment of the HR department, elevating the HR maturity level from 1/2 to 3/4.

As an HR Manager at Doove Care Group, I held responsibility for various facets of human resources and personnel development.

My key tasks and responsibilities included:

- Elevating the maturity level of the HR policy.
- Establishment of the HR department.
- Recruitment and selection of personnel.
- Managing personnel growth from 130 to 185 employees.
- Overseeing the acquisition and integration of RZ Group.
- Coaching and guiding employees.
- Enhancing employee satisfaction.
- Handling personnel administration and payroll activities.
- Managing employment terms and conditions.
- Conducting employer branding initiatives.
- Implementing and managing the AFAS system (HR/Payroll).

Through these experiences, I made valuable contributions to the growth and development of the HR department at Doove Care Group. I take pride in my achievements and I am excited to apply my knowledge and skills to new challenges

Human Resources Manager

At DCG I worked as a generalist. I was responsible for all operational and tactical Human Resource activities and developments concerning 180 employees. I developed HR from an AD-HOC to a pro-active character and worked on HR’s image within the company. I renewed the onboarding process, payroll, recruitment, sickness leave, did coaching and led an implementation concerning new HR-/ payroll software. Besides, I was an advisor for employees, management, and executives.

I served at Bain & Company, a renowned Strategic Consultancy firm, where I supported the Dutch HR operations, primarily focusing on highly educated expats. My primary role was to facilitate their operational onboarding, including assisting with resident permits, tax rulings, housing, and mobility services.

In addition, I was tasked with managing personnel administration and implementing an updated holiday application system, thereby enhancing operational efficiency. I was also a key contributor to various (ad-hoc) activities, demonstrating my ability to adapt and contribute across a range of tasks.

At De Haardstee Foundation, I provided essential support to individuals with mild intellectual disabilities and associated challenges. As a key part of my role, I was responsible for both group and individual guidance, where my duties extended to planning, organizing, and supervising tasks to ensure optimal care.

Additionally, my responsibilities encompassed liaising with external parties and specialists, highlighting my ability to maintain effective communication in a professional setting. I also played a crucial role in crisis and conflict situations, demonstrating my capacity for problem-solving under challenging circumstances.

- Managed HR operations for airport retailer Capi-Lux across multiple markets, including Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Germany.
- Led recruitment activities, from job posting to resume screening, interview coordination, and handling of pre/post-hire tasks for above countries.
- Handled personnel administration duties including contract administration, issuing of employee letters and warnings, and maintaining updated HR databases.
- Assisted the HR Manager and HR Business Partner in various ad-hoc activities, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
- Served as the primary point of contact for employees and Global managers, providing guidance and resolving HR-related queries.
- Internship was highly rated (9/10), reflecting strong performance and capability in HR roles.
