I'm the creative force behind Bijoux Design, where I blend my love for design with cutting-edge technology to create unique and enjoyable e-commerce experiences. What began as a love for stylish and feminine interior design has blossomed into three distinct brands, each offering a carefully curated selection of furniture, lighting, and decor.

I found my way into UX/UI design organically, crafting inviting online spaces that resonate deeply with customers. Now, I'm venturing into the innovative realm of XR design and adding an immersive storytelling layer to my brands.

At Fordham University, my responsibilities on the founding UX team include focusing on enhancing user engagement and potential enrollment, and navigated complex internal dynamics to gather insights from various teams. We are conducting extensive user research and usability testing to guide data-driven design decisions and better understand customer behaviors and needs.

In this role, I worked closely with patients to guide them toward healthier outcomes. My tasks included motivational interviewing, care plan development, and facilitating meetings between patients, families, care teams, and community resources. The experience sharpened my empathetic listening skills and understanding of user needs.

As a Telephone Triage Nurse, I provided clinical guidance to patients, performing risk assessments and facilitating referrals to relevant healthcare services. I provided benefits assistance and customer service, often in highly stressful situations. This position reinforced the importance of clear and concise communication, responsiveness to user needs, and understanding the context in which interactions occur.
