I specialise in managing high performing teams and delivering first class administration services within the executive compensation space. I assist a wide range of corporate clients who are looking to incentivise their employees with a variety of plans to suit their operating model and desired outcomes. We can manage plans from just a few participants, scaling to thousands of participants - our first class systems and processes are well suited to scale, whilst remaining bespoke with a focus on quality. Along with my team we setup, onboard, and manage the administration of the plan with flexible reporting and transparent, predictable fee structures. Using our bespoke online platform we onboard clients according to their needs and guide them on best practice employee communications around the chosen incentive plan. Creating and nurturing high performing and engaged teams is a passion of mine. Over the many years of managing a team, I’ve learnt that people are a companies best asset. I’m a firm believer that if you put in the time to look after your teams needs, first class client service comes naturally. We regularly receive fantastic feedback from our clients, this makes me believe this approach works.
