* The innovation lead role is the culmination of the many roles that I had at Allegiance where I oversee innovation portfolio and roadmap implementation for the agency side of the organization
* Focused on setting the future for the organization with respect to measurement, privacy, advertising, SEO and content strategy. 
* Develop functional prototypes using Python, MySQL, BigQuery and JavaScript
* Developed a tool using spaCy (a natural language processing library) to match similar website content for the purpose of identifying content for consolidation and creating 301 redirects.
* Coordinate resources from the analytics, UX, SEO and development teams 
* Examples of new projects include: Media Mix Modeling, Server Side Analytics Implementations, Content Optimization tool, and Donor Performance Analysis
