Product Growth Specialist

- Work in the Product Marketing team, more precisely in the Growth & Data Squad. 
- Responsible for leading, evangelizing and operationalizing the product testing routine and Go To Market strategy;
- Identify opportunities by developing and setting up experiments to test hypotheses that impact the business;
- Analyse the customer journey from awareness, through and acquisition to retention and referral of products and services;
- Raise and constantly monitor key performance indicators;
- Present periodic reports, insights, and analysis in addition to proposing new actions;
- Work closely with other teams, such as the GTM Strategie squad, Sales Growth, in addition to the Product, Commercial and Institutional Marketing teams, in a multidisciplinary manner to co-construct to drive business results;
- Analyse data and report on the metrics and performance of product testing and product marketing in order to understand our results and how we can make decisions on top of data. Monitor metrics such as product testing, market, churn, MRR, CLTV, CTL, CAC, NPS? 
- Handle and structure databases so that we can unify all insights and generate strategic reports;
- Run A/B tests and optimize efforts and investments, growth in a smart way;
- Scale and automate growth processes and frequent (daily, weekly, monthly) tracking of realized x goal, generating insights to accelerate growth.
- Use Growth Hacking methodology for Product, Sales, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing and Business management;
- Knowledge of a variety of marketing and product metrics;

Como passar em entrevistas?

- Divida as processo de recolocação por estágios para “gameficar” ele e ficar mais "leve" essa sua jornada, vc quer driblar o cansaço do seu cérebro fazendo isso.
- Tenha uma rede de apoio que consiga de acolher emocionalmente: terapeuta, amigos leais, namorado/família... É com eles que tu vais chorar as pitangas.

1.      Estou mandando currículo e não estou sendo chamado para entrevistas, como resolver esse problema?

- Personalize seu currículo por vaga;
- Otimize seu LinkedIn para as palavras-chave da sua função.

2.      Tenho poucas entrevistas para fazer, não é suficiente para estatisticamente para identificar onde está meu erro. Como resolver?

- Aumente a quantidade de candidaturas por dia, eu sugiro no mínimo 5;
- Faça uma planilha de controle para cobrar feedback do RH depois de uma semana ou quinze dias dependendo do processo. 

3.      Estou sendo chamado para muitas entrevistas, mas sempre paro no RH, como resolver? 
- Estude a cultura da empresa e tente traçar paralelos com os seus ideais. 
- Pesquisar antes sobre a empresa vai demonstrar que você está interessado por eles também. 

4.      Estou passando na entrevista com o RH, mas sempre paro na parte técnica/case, como resolver? 

- Só se candidate em vagas que você possui no mínimo 50% das exigências, já é um bom começo; 
- Lifelong learning

5.      Estou passando na entrevista técnica/case, mas sempre paro na entrevista com o gestor/equipe, como resolver? 

- Faça uma lista das principais coisas que você tem e que a vaga também pede e peça para um vendedor te ajudar a treinar como vender suas habilidades técnicas; 
- Provavelmente ele vai dizer para você contar uma dor que você viveu e que, por similaridade, esses seus futuros colegas de profissão também vivem. Explique para eles como você atuou junto com o time para ajudar a resolver esse BO.

6.      Estou passando na entrevista com gestor/equipe, mas sempre paro na entrevista com C-leves, como resolver? 

- Foque em falar sobre soluções para o negócio, escala e como você pode resolver o problema dele no longo prazo;
- Fale um pouco sobre economia, macro e micromercado, um pouco sobre o nicho dele. Lembre-se você está querendo criar alguma conexão com ele, é importante entrar no ambiente que é mais confortável para ele.

7.      Não tenho confiança suficiente para me vender proporcionalmente com o valor que consigo entregar. Como resolver?

- Lembre-se, indiferente do tempo que tu estás procurando a recolocação. As pessoas que te avaliam têm um curto tempo para isso. Ou seja, a avaliação deles não é tão importante assim, pois eles não te conhecem suficientemente para dizer como é ou não trabalhar com você. 
- Converse com ex colegas de trabalho e pergunte para eles como era para eles trabalhar com você, como você fazia eles se sentirem. Isso é mais real do que uma avaliação de 30 minutos 1 hora de pessoas que nem te conhecem.

Ontem recebi um whats de um cliente de uma empresa que faz 5 anos que sai.

Hoje recebi uma ligação de um cliente de outra que faz 3 anos que sai.

Com que frequência você costuma ver pessoas PCDs em cargos estratégicos?

Essa semana me aconteceu algo que me despertou esse tipo de questionamento. 

O engraçado é que foi uma empresa que me trouxe essa visão, curiosamente. 

Se você está nessa posição de PCD em cargos mais iniciais/operacionais, saiba que você tem capacidade de atuar em cargos estratégicos. 

Por mais que o mercado queira te dissuadir de sequer tentar se posicionar dessa forma. 

Gostaria de te incentivar a ser luz na escuridão, pois você pode ser exemplo para outras pessoas no futuro, abrindo caminho, sabe? 

Quando eu conclui meu MBA em Data Science (MBA é uma especialização mais voltada para gestores) esses meses, eu recebi muitas mensagens de outras pessoas PCDs dizendo que se emocionam de ver uma pessoa autista em cargo de especialista, com demandas estratégicas, que se inspiravam em mim.

Nunca tinha me olhado por essa perspectiva, pois meu único foco é aprender cada vez mais, com muita profundidade, sobre assuntos que amo e replicar no cotidiano.

Se você tiver oportunidade de ser luz para alguém, seja luz. 

O mundo já está cheio de aproveitadores demais.  ❤️ 🌱

Qual a forma mais inteligente de migrar alguém de biológicas/saúde para desenvolvimento?

Alguém já passou por uma situação dessa de transição de carreira?

Acredito ser o perfil mais desafiador, pois eu não consigo encontrar padrões para aproveitar a experiência da pessoa de ANOS!
