With over 15 years of experience in the non-profit health and human services sector, I am a data-driven, people-first, servant leader who strives to create and implement innovative and effective strategies and programs. As the Chief People and Culture Officer at Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers, I oversee Human Resources, Compliance, Training, and Workforce Development including the Central Arizona Area Health Education Center (CAAHEC). I am passionate about fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and equity that supports the mission and vision of the organization and its employees. I am also a seasoned facilitator and certified instructor in Therapeutic Options, Motivational Interviewing, and CPR/First Aid/AED, and I leverage my diverse training experiences to design and deliver engaging and impactful training and development initiatives.
