As a Customer Success Executive at Intelex I have been working with the Top 50 Fortune 500  companies to grow their footprint in the EHSQ space.   

Customer Success/Account Management is a new division within Intelex.  The focus is on farming within the existing accounts,  transitioning clients from perpetual to SaaS and client retention.

Success within accounts has been driven by building cross-functional relationships internally, working closely with our product team and leveraging the partner network.

Expansion within accounts has come from working with "C" level executives and "VP" level executives to help them understand the importance of an Integrated Software Platform to manage Environmental, Health and Safety, Quality and Supplier Compliance.

I joined WilsonCTS because I wanted to work for a recruitment firm that believes that building relationships is the most critical part to aligning talent with the right organizations.  My current role is  identifying new potential customers for our business and educating them on the solutions available to them in hiring the right talent.  This means being customer service focused.

Brought on to a new team within LinkedIn to develop relationships with large enterprise clients across Canada to ensure the right talent solutions strategy was in place.  I brought to the table a consultative approach to ensure that any solutions purchased would be successful and renewed the following year.  This meant creating buy-in with the 'C-suite', identifying new potential advocates within the business and consulting with them to identify areas for improvement.

Passionate about employment branding and making sure clients are aware of the impact marketing can have on that aspect of the business.  This focus resulted in being a top media solutions seller.

As a result of high NPS scores, I was asked to co-lead training of the global sales team in new hire training.  What an incredible opportunity to impact the future sales leaders of the organization.

One topic I can't stop discussing and wanting to educate people on is gender awareness.  I led and facilitated a gender awareness session with 80% participation from the Canadian office.

Enterprise Relationship Manager

As a result of my performance as a relationship manager I was asked by the head of the Search and Staffing division to take on an account executive role.  My territory was across Canada.  I built a strategy to target key large Canadian search firms which resulted in the conversion of a large client.  This conversion happened because I was invested in ensuring the client was successful with purchasing the right solution and making sure they were properly trained.

As a firm believer in networking I built a strategic relationship with ACSESS which resulted in speaking at various events about the importance of personal and employment branding.  

Due to my commitment to identify and work with potential clients to sell them the right solution I achieved my sales quota in my first year as an Account Executive.

I landed my dream job in November 2011 as a Relationship Manager at LinkedIn.  It was my dream job  because it meant being a client advocate.  I was able to build meaningful relationships with my clients that led to them being successful with our tools and ultimately buying more solutions.  By being transparent and providing solutions with clients when they need it, as opposed to when the seller needs it, makes a huge difference in gaining the right to consult and be strategic with your client.

• Met and liaised with clients on a continuous basis to ensure market data, and results were understood and utilised effectively.
