Commercial & Retail Property | Tech & AI Experienced in all aspects of property and commercial law across Australia and New Zealand, Jenna is a specialist in commercial and retail property, together with leading Wynn Williams’ (WW) AI initiative. Jenna joined the WW partnership following her return to NZ and now acts for major national (including public and private entities) and international clients specialising in commercial and retail property including portfolio management (particularly leasing), sales and acquisitions, precedent development and process improvement (including the implementation and use of AI) together with one-off New Zealand-first and community-led development projects. Jenna previously led an award-winning real estate team within a top tier Australian firm, advising major institutional landlords and tenants on complex and high-volume commercial, retail and industrial leasing, property developments, sales and acquisitions, due diligence and property-related aspects of high-value corporate transactions including key clients such as AMP Capital, Vicinity Centres, Lendlease, Brookfield Properties, Suncorp, CBA and Coles. Prior to returning to NZ, Jenna was Counsel for L’Oréal Australia & NZ and is well-versed and regarded in the Consumer Markets space - with particular expertise in supporting Australian companies enter or expand across NZ - including competition law, consumer law and marketing, e-Commerce, tech, data and privacy law. Being named on the NZ Lawyer Rising Stars list for 2023, together with Jenna's invitation to sit on the Property Council of NZ’s Retail Committee, just 12 months after returning to NZ, is a reflection both of her passion for the sector and the regard in which her strategic, fresh and innovative thinking about its future is held.
