I am a results-driven, high energy sales professional with strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. I have leveraged my active listening skills and ability to recall specific details from conversations with prospects to cultivate strong professional relationships and execute productive social selling. These skills, alongside my growth mindset and dedication to self improvement and skill development have helped me surpass my sponsorship sales quotas and create a bustling professional development environment at Collegiate Sales Society National. While serving as the President and founder of SDSU’s first-ever sales organization, leadership, time management, marketing, and recruiting became some of my strongest skills. I learned to delegate responsibilities to my fellow officers, complete tasks far before their deadlines, and recruit new members both in-person and online via LinkedIn recruiter and other social media outlets. Creating and running a student organization taught me to be more outgoing, especially with meeting new people in my line of work. It also taught me to take more risks as a leader and to accept mistakes as opportunities for growth rather than failures. Learning to lead with grace and empathy was a key takeaway from my time as president of CSS @ SDSU. My time management skills and goal-oriented work ethic also helped me graduate from San Diego State University, Summa Cum Laude, in 3.5 years. Although I took great pride in my academic achievements, I still heavily prioritized learning outside of the classroom. During my time at SDSU, I also volunteered as a tutor at. the International Rescue Committee, where I channelled my patience, empathy, and language skills into serving as a tutor and mentor for refugee children from countries all over the world. As my career progresses, I look forward to using my sales, marketing, recruiting, and relationship management skills to add value to as many people's lives as possible.
