Currently, I'm serving as the board chair of Every Meal, a Minneapolis-based organization battling the issue of food insecurity among school-aged children. Career highlights include: - building the marketing communications organization at a leading regional telecommunications company and managing all communications during the company's five acquisitions over six years and successful IPO. - Launching my own marketing consulting firm to live the dream of owning a business while balancing family priorities. - Reentering the corporate marketing arena at a tech start-up and then leading marketing, corporate communications, and corporate philanthropy at national digital and technology consultancy, RBA, for 7.5 years. - Serving in multiple marketing and corporate communications leadership roles over five years at NBC Sports Next, home to GolfNow, SportsEngine, and other leading SAAS-based tech platforms that serve the golf and youth sports industries. - Leading marketing for the fractional CMO consultancy, Authentic, a rapidly-growing firm that helps businesses overcome random acts of marketing by taking the next right steps to building revenue. - Joining my husband, Jay Soule, at Al & Alma's Supper Club and Charters. Previously, my "volunteer side-hustle" since we acquired the business in 2019, I took a more official role during the spring of 2024.
