Highlights from the past 8 years Creative Strategist: I was given a list of cities with minimal budgets for a Sales supported event series. I developed an event series and program managed. The company obtained social awareness, increased co-sell relationships with Microsoft, and helped set the stage to get pipeline deals closed. The company is still using the program I designed for success. Change Management: I brought together facilities, HR, tech, and legal on a consolidated communication platform and enabled the team to use it. I created and facilitated sales team enablement using process documentation and videos to reach the team with new billing practices to create a quicker adoption Process Improvement: I cleared 75% of aged debts by clarifying bad data and using sales tools to identify correct contact in AR. I changed the cadence and verbiage on the collections email with an increase of 33% in return. I designed a methodology for automatic import from NS to SFDC for the migration of data after acquisition.
