My professional journey began as an administrative assistant in the bustling environment of New York City, where I quickly ascended into leadership roles, sparking my passion for strategic leadership and management. Over an eight-year tenure at Frank Recruitment Group, I honed my skills in diverse areas of Human Resources, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, training, and compliance. During this period of rapid growth, I thrived on creating processes, teams, and departments from scratch, further solidifying my passion for strategic HR and business leadership. This was amplified by engaging in exciting projects such as bespoke system design, implementations, and change management. In 2019, I embraced the challenge at Eastern Warehouse, stepping into the role of Human Resources Director. Here, I was entrusted with the task of building their HR function from scratch. This period of growth and learning culminated in the attainment of my SHRM-SCP certification in 2020. Currently, I serve as the Director of People Operations at Hire with Jarvis. My focus lies in employee experience, leadership and organizational development, all with a keen eye on global expansion. As a strategic business partner, I believe in an "inside-out" approach to HR, prioritizing organizational structure and culture to support our growth trajectory.
