Coordinated interview processes for Capital Group’s Senior Executive and Director positions internationally, coordinating all travel, transportation, reimbursements and accommodations throughout the interview process, resulting in an exemplary, high-touch candidate experience.

•	Managed the top of funnel for temp/contract sourcing and onboarding for Los Angeles, Irvine and New York and Geneva offices; facilitating kick off meetings with hiring managers and conducting phone screens leading to a seamless recruitment process.
•	Participated in the company-wide system migration project, maintaining confidential candidate records and manually transferring them from one HRIS to another (BrassRing to Success Factors), creating a seamless transition with no adverse effects on the hiring process. 
•	Managed vendor relationships throughout the background check process for executive level candidates, while personally executing background checks for contract employees and interns. 
•	Scheduled high volume phone, video and in-person interviews both nationally and internationally, effectively coordinating high profile meetings across multiple timezones.
