CHIEF OF STAFF – as a trusted advisor, I expand the leadership team’s effectiveness and bandwidth by managing strategic initiatives on their behalf. For example, I lead strategic cross-functional projects, drive development of strategic organizational communications, and deliver training on new business tools, structured data, consistent indicators, and disciplined project management. During COVID I passionately championed our engineers’ changing needs by hosting psychosocially safe conversations with all levels in the organization (from new hires to executives), compiling the input and advocating change & understanding in the organization w/out additional budget, or roadmap delays. OPERATIONS MANAGER – I steward headcount and budget data with minimal bureaucracy. For example, I streamlined the annual planning cycle from 4 months down to 3 weeks and in 2016 simultaneously facilitated annual planning process for 3 global organizations. PROGRAM / PROJECT MANAGER – I coordinate global and local projects with discipline and an emphasis on clear communication starting with clear goals and expectations, then following thru with deliverables and driving teams with appropriate urgency. For example, I led a global team from 7 different product groups to develop and deploy a new product planning data model and methodology across 3 enterprise tools. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAM LEADER – I facilitate collaborative design of holistic systems while seeking a reduction in redundant processes. Led 18 stakeholders from 7 different product groups in consistent use of Intel’s Landing Zone data model and methodology: responsible for cross-organizational agreement on a common process, common data model and consistent evolution of both. DATA VISUALIZATION – I create comprehensive data infrastructure from dirty data and disparate sources then compose graphically compelling indicators. Scripts and macros used to improve production time and data reliability. Also have experience in the collection, cleaning, modeling, mastering, and analysis of data. LIFE & BUSINESS COACH – I help others systematically achieve their goals by listening and simplifying transformation of thoughts and habits.
