- Managed the sales messaging and engagement globally. I developed a platform and segment use case framework that creates a continuum between customer messaging, partner messaging, and sales messaging. This is the base for all sales and partner materials, including sales decks, demo guides, and more.
 - Collaborated on the development of the global partner certifications.
 - Spearheaded the content program for the global Sales Kickoff meetings.
 - Collaborated with the business to develop and drive the Enterprise go-to-market plan.

My passion is for aligning marketing, sales enablement, and sales messaging. To forward this alignment I developed a program that uses a standard yet customize-able marketing content that leverages use case messaging to connect customer-first messaging, how sales can use this content while utilizing a strong consultative selling methodology, and real life usage scenarios.

Senior Manager, Global Sales Messaging, Engagement & Enterprise GTM

- Analyzed current disparate regional new hire training practices then designed and developed a single 90 day Global Onboarding program with a modular flex-learning design. 
 - Partnered with key stakeholders to design and develop the channel program “Partnering to Win”. 
 - Drove sales enablement concepts into product launch activities, including launch webinars to sales and partners, supporting e-learning modules, and badge award program.
 - Won 2016 and 2017 Global Marketing Excellence Awards.

I focused primarily on the alignment of product marketing and sales messaging and how that content can be applied to the product life cycle. I developed a deeply integrated enablement program that creates a collaboration point between sales enablement, partner enablement, customer enablement, support, product marketing, and more. This change, specifically around product launch activities, has had phenomenal results, both from a sales participation level as well as acknowledgement from the Product Management team. 
I also developed, instituted, and executed a global plan for New Hire Training, focusing on decreasing time to competency for new employees. The program kickoff and pilot phase received a 98% satisfaction rating across participating new hires, which was the highest ever rating for any new hire class across the history of the company.

I manage the design, development, and execution of global sales and partner enablement. I specialize in the translation of complex technical information into high-impact, digestible sales training content that increases sales effectiveness, close ratios, and speed sales cycle duration.
