Welcome, I'm Jennifer. I'm a career educator and collaborative innovator with a broad background including writing, course design, public speaking, and product development. I have self-published four books one of which achieved Amazon #1 New Release in School Management. Through my experiences, I found that my strengths lie in innovating new initiatives, building coalitions, and moving projects forward. I’ve innovated new products. I’ve managed projects from inception to execution, and I’ve sold ideas to a variety of stakeholders. I have initiated change in small groups and on a large scale. ➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️➖️ ✳️Raised by the beach and poolside, I grew up as a competitive swimmer. From my time on summer swim teams to my experience as college team captain, I learned the power of a TEAM. Now, I seek out teams and create my own. I thrive when I am collaborating with a high-caliber and committed group of people. ✳️I’m also addicted to IDEAS. And talking about them. I am constantly asking the questions, "what if?" and "why not?". I enjoy thinking and talking about how we can improve our results and effectiveness. ✳️My mother made me start a daily journal in third grade, and I never stopped WRITING. Today, I share my ideas and experience for industry publications, and some of my articles can be found linked below. I run my own Substack publication, Voice, and blog on Medium. My pieces include how-tos, perspectives, and ideas.
