Versity Investment, LLC is a private real estate investment company focusing on acquiring multi-family and student housing assets. Versity and its principals has sponsored over 50 private placement programs, which offered over $1 billion in equity to over 3,000 investors. The portfolio currently manages 35 student and multi-family housing facilities throughout the United States with approximately 4,750 units and over 10,000 beds. Additionally, Versity holds investments in assisted living and the hotel industry.

Versity is continually growing our core business and utilized our student housing expertise to launch a Student Housing REIT in 2022. We will break ground on our student housing development in Reno, NV (University Nevada, Reno) and Provo, UT (BYU) in 2023.
