I struggled in my personal life. Unfortunately, I had many toxic people in my life, bad habits, and a self-destructive mindset that said I wasn't worthy of a better life. I wanted to love myself, and recognized early on that I struggled with self-acceptance and put myself last again and again. I finally hit my end point ❌ when I recognized that I had created an abusive relationship within myself, that I was the abuser, I was the one hurting me. I saw that I had the option to choose 🧭 my reality every day. I saw that I didn't have to keep going with the narrative I had been living my entire life. I saw that every moment of every day was a choice I had within me to create a new narrative of what my life was in this moment and that I could create a new reality for myself going forward. I dug deeper into my self discovery, looking for ways to connect better with myself. I ended long standing toxic relationships that were holding me back from creating a new narrative for myself. I began to open up to more in my life. Every day I choose to let go of fear, doubt, shame, and lack and to open up to gratitude, love, joy, and peace. My eyes have been opened to the many possibilities within myself. I love myself, I am proud of who I have become, and every day my friendship with myself grows stronger and stronger.
