Through engaging content, I showcase the transformative impact of our high-end hair and beauty services on individuals facing challenges like homelessness, domestic violence, and illness. Capturing the essence of our mobile salon trailer journeys, I aim to inspire and connect with our audience, fostering a sense of community around the belief that looking good can indeed lead to feeling good. 

Collaborating with organisations like Two Good Co and Domestic Violence shelters, our shared goal is to bring hope, self-worth, and connection to those who need it most. This year, our sights are set on enhancing the lives of more people and expanding our reach, one feel-good moment at a time, as we strive to make the world a better place through the Feel Good Project.

As a Digital and Communications Manager for the Privacy EU Program, I effectively supported a highly technical and fast-paced team during the rollout of new data security platforms across the Group. This involved creating various artefacts to ensure a seamless end user experience, including user guides, video simulations, FAQs, One.CBA articles, and email communications. I also managed Collection/Album/Track, email comms, branding, Powerpoint slides, and the internal social media community group on Yammer. My work was consistently designed with passionate attention to enhancing the end user experience.

Digital and Communications Manager

As a digital learning design consultant for the Financial Crime Program of Action, my primary accomplishments in this role included:

Collaborating with Human-Centred Design to research and identify existing knowledge and skills within the Group related to financial crime, with a focus on enhancing the end user experience.
Developing a comprehensive digital financial crime Group learning curriculum, aimed at engaging and improving the knowledge and skills of over 35,000 CBA employees in financial crime detection practices.
Playing a pivotal role as a team member of the People and Culture Group, conducting training needs and gap analyses to determine capability requirements across the Group, providing valuable insights for engagement techniques and suitable learning solutions for various capability groups, with a strong emphasis on accessibility.
Creating communication visuals for CBA Group Financial Crime Awareness week events, attracting over 10,000 staff members and achieving record views of online articles. My contributions included designing signage, marketing collateral, and graphics for the DFC app used during the events.
Conducting testing of learning solutions on the Learning Management System to ensure accessibility and usability.
Collaborating with the VR design team as a subject matter expert in UX/CX to guide them in building an experimental learning product using VR technology.
Leading the campaign's overall look and feel, including developing an extensive image and icon library for the team's use, alongside a comprehensive brand guideline pack to ensure the program was well-versed in utilising the Disrupting Financial Crime digital assets.
Designing logos and look and feel imagery for various community and Group initiatives within the organisation, including 'WeCan,' the 'CBA RTO,' and 'EUX.' My work consistently focused on enhancing the user experience throughout these initiatives.

Digital Learning Design  Consultant / Senior Graphic Designer

As a Digital Learning Design Consultant for the Group Learning Department at the Commonwealth Bank, my primary responsibility was to create mandatory online educational products for Group employees. I also handled ad-hoc projects involving print, web, and logo design for various stakeholders within the Bank.
Key contributions included:
* Designing and developing online learning modules and custom learning objects with a detailed focus on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design to ensure compliance and accreditation requirements were met for a workforce of over 50,000 employees. All learning materials I created required a significant focus of attention on end-user experience and accessibility.
* Maintaining consistent engagement with third-party vendors and stakeholders to effectively manage project deliverables within challenging time frames.
* Developing user-friendly workshop materials designed to support face-to-face facilitated training sessions for Group employees, where enhancing the overall UX and UI features of the products remained a priority.

As a Digital Design Consultant for the Digital Workplace Platform (DWP), my standout achievements included:
* Creating visually captivating content for an internal marketing campaign to introduce 'Yammer' within CBA, skilfully enticing staff across the organisation to embrace this new social workplace platform, all while aligning with CBA's core values of diversity and inclusion.
* Collaborating effectively with key stakeholders, such as the Senior Community Manager, to produce compelling visual content for CBA's pre and post Yammer campaigns, successfully engaging an impressive 40,000+ employees.
* Applying my UX expertise to craft informative infographics, simplifying intricate systems into easily understandable visual narratives, enhancing user comprehension.
In the role of Business Content Designer for the One.CBA Project, my key contributions encompassed:
* A comprehensive redesign of dated CommNet content to ensure it was concise and aligned with the new One.CBA style guide requirements, optimising content for user accessibility and engagement.
* Acting as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for inquiries regarding the new intranet's visual aesthetics and brand identity.
* Curating an extensive image and icon library in alignment with the fresh One.CBA look and feel.
* Developing an adaptable intranet style guide for various formats, facilitating user-friendly navigation.
* Collaborating with UX and UI designers, offering valuable insights for enhancing the intranet's usability.

Senior Visual Designer - Digital Workplace Platform

In my role, I played an essential part in enhancing the user experience and internal marketing aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering & Counter-Terrorism Financing Program amendments. My contributions comprised:
* Managing a bi-weekly eNewsletter, involving effective communication with senior stakeholders and stream leads to ensure timely, relevant, and appropriately pitched content.
* Creating visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and coordinating logistical details for events, collaborating closely with the Program's Leadership Team and senior stakeholders.
* Serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding CBA's Brand Guidelines, even offering personalised tutorials to enhance the team's creative skills and understanding of the CBA brand.
* Supporting a parallel business unit through the successful design, artwork, and project management of a large-scale print project, which included learning materials distributed to over 50,000 employees. This task required collaboration with multiple stream leads, as well as coordination with internal and external print and design studio personnel, and dispatch services.
These achievements underscore my adeptness in user experience (UX) and internal marketing, highlighting my proficiency in enhancing content accessibility, visual communication, and brand consistency for a large audience.

In my role as a Studio Manager/Graphic Designer at this integrated design, media buying, and marketing company, I was responsible for crafting design and artwork solutions tailored for various media channels, spanning print, television, outdoor, and online platforms. My projects combined a diverse range, including posters, flyers, brochures, programs, booklets, magazine layouts, press advertisements, outdoor signage, point-of-sale materials, album packaging, band merchandise, web graphics, motion graphics, and websites. The demanding nature of this position required high-volume asset production, occasionally involving the creation of 50+ digital and print materials in a single day.
Key responsibilities included:
* Providing graphic design consultation to clients, ensuring their needs were effectively addressed.
* Delegating projects to the studio and ensuring the timely delivery of artwork, while troubleshooting workflow issues.
* Leveraging well-established relationships with suppliers, such as publicists, printers, distribution companies, and web developers, to oversee projects from inception to completion.
* Collaborating closely with campaign managers to develop and execute effective marketing solutions.
This role not only honed my design and production skills but also increased my understanding of marketing fundamentals and its important role in the lifecycle of campaigns. My work involved close collaboration with media buyers and client marketers, further enhancing my grasp of marketing strategies and tactics.

I developed a website and social media presence featuring eco-friendly fashion and lifestyle articles, gaining valuable knowledge and experience in social media marketing, PR, and copywriting throughout the process. A dedicated team of writers contributed to bi-weekly posts, resulting in the accumulation of a substantial subscriber list. Regular interactions with the audience were maintained through various social media channels.
In addition to online content, I organised second-hand and vintage clothing markets in Sydney, providing a platform for individuals to sell their preloved items and make donations to charities like St. Vincent de Paul and WAGEC. To promote these events, I secured free PR coverage from publications such as Fashion Journal and Cosmopolitan Online, as well as secured company sponsorships.
