Responsible for all HR functions and compliance at 6 oil impacted store locations with sales totaling $680 Million. In this role, I mentored and supported 2,500 hourly Associates in HR functions, including State and Federal employment laws, rules, regulations, and policies.  I also served as the Regional Centralized Hiring Coordinator for 412 stores.

• Managed and mediated all internal Investigations, including harassment, discrimination, and workplace violence. 
• Responsible for compensation/salary administration for all salaried Managers.
