•	Oversaw the establishment of a citizen-led community development organization, ushering board leadership and staff from visioning to impact realization.
•	Designed and managed the implementation of a 1-year fellowship geared toward innovative grassroots leadership development, producing 100+ alumni who currently serve in various leadership capacities (i.e., elected officials, nonprofit boards, social enterprise start-ups, etc.).
•	Formulated and oversaw programs designed to increase community engagement and civic participation by addressing systemic and cultural barriers, including a small grants program that has produced over 50 citizen-led community impact projects to date.
•	Developed and facilitated a year-long listening tour and strategic planning process to foster the co-creation of a regional vision for the future, engaging over 1200 citizens, and resulting in the development of 6 citizen-led groups that focus on implementing policies for positive change.
•	Catalyzed the development of a regional Social Equity Network based on principles of collaborative leadership and collective impact to create physical and psychological space for the creation of a social justice action plan for the region. 
•	Spearheaded the collective effort to create a community impact center based on the “Nonprofit Centers Network” model to provide shared space, services, and resources for nonprofit organizations and social enterprises.  
•	Streamlined programs geared toward leadership development and community engagement, resulting in strategic partnerships with area organizations and government offices for which staff regularly provides trainings and workshops.
•	Fostered the adoption of inclusive collaboration among community partners by helping key stakeholders realize the effectiveness of working together towards a common goal.
•	Applied innovative public relations strategies and used public speaking opportunities to establish the organization’s brand and reputation.

FRANKLIN-VANCE-WARREN OPPORTUNITY, INC.

•	Established and led the Women’s Economic Equity Advisory Council which is a collaborative effort to provide career support services to economically distressed women through skill development, coaching, and material support.
•	Launched the community’s first “Responsible Fatherhood Task Force”, which is a cross-sector partnership that promotes and supports paternal engagement with families at risk for abuse and/or neglect.
•	Expanded the Vance County Family Resource Center to include fatherhood programming, career coaching, a fitness center, and clothing closet.
•	Established the Warren County Family Resource Center to help and partnered with the Head Start program in four counties to increase accessibility of essential services to families in rural areas.
•	Managed the organization’s first rebranding efforts in over 35 years, establishing a social media presence to expand outreach and increase impact.
•	Provided quality professional development training for every department within the organization to build confidence and equip attendees with tools to help thrive.
•	Served as 1st lieutenant to the CEO, providing support in matters of operations, personnel, and strategic planning.

•	Contributed to the development of a multi-million-dollar fundraising plan for the construction of a state-of-the-art library, gallery, and performance hall.
•	Preserved over $200K during a construction campaign through diligent resource management.
