Principal Program Manager (OCI)/ORM Team Lead

•	Lead PM that manages the day-to-day operations and process creation/improvements for the Oracle Release Management (ORM) program – providing end-to-end release support to engineering teams launching services on Oracle’s next-generation cloud platform. 
•	Specifically responsible for the design and execution of the Release Readiness program, including roadmap building for long-term strategic initiatives as well as operational efficiencies. Ensuring that Service Teams have the right information at the right time – with the goal of removing barriers to allow for faster deployments, while also maintaining the integrity of the Release process.

•	Led a specialized team within the healthcare organization and mentored team members on the delivery of innovative and strategic recommendations to meet the needs of a diverse customer base. 
•	Successfully guided clients through four years of program refresh strategy; developed project plans to support the implementation of strategic recommendations and program objectives.
