I live a double life. For me, it's an absolute joy! For others, it's confusing. So let me explain. I have two jobs. I work part-time at the University of York as the project manager of a specialist PhD programme. I work there a couple of days a week and am based in the Chemistry department. For the rest of the week, I'm self-employed as a Virtual Assistant (VA).
