I am a storyteller. I bring a journalist's perspective to all of my work -- adding analytics with research to create the perfect storm for actionable content. My style is provocatively engaging with a purpose - to educate, inform, entertain, drive sales, create value and enhance reputation. Strategy and story are the foundation of my work. My thoughtfully opinionated personality lends a unique voice to conversations with colleagues, clients and customers. I spent more than 12 years living in Europe, working with various cultures in the tech world. That experience gave me a distinctive perspective and added another layer of depth to my work. I founded Storyology, a story and strategy studio that creates spectacular stories for inspiring brands and humans. I’m also a senior contributor to Forbes, covering consumer technology and science. My first book, Love, Lust, Longing and Truth, was published in December 2017. The book is available worldwide on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and in Brooklyn, NY, at Berl's Poetry Shop. My second book, Deluge in a Paper Cup, was published in June 2020. I am one of 12 co-authors of the book Faster than the Future, Facing the Digital Age by the Digital Future Society. My podcast, Tiny Little Victories, brings you candid conversations with humans who are changing the world. It airs bi-weekly on Wednesdays. I founded one of the first global virtual tech PR and content agencies in 2000 when content strategy and creation became a tool for companies to have digital conversations with their customers and stakeholders. My clients included global deep technology, telecommunications companies, and emerging technology start-ups. Eighty percent of my clients were acquired by companies such as Apple, Google, and Microsoft. I am a moderator at festivals worldwide, including Mobile World Congress (Americas and Barcelona), Pioneers Festival, Biotech and Money London, Web Summit, etc. I have been a frequent guest on 938Now’s Tech Scares and hosted several podcasts, including Massive Talk in London and Culture Junkies. I have interviewed astronauts Scott Kelly and Leland Melvin, Nobel Prize Laureates Mario Molina and David Gross, scientists like Jane Goodall, and A-list actors, directors, and producers like Kevin Costner and Robert Rodriguez. I have also worked in Washington, DC, for a US Senator and as the right hand to a maverick venture capitalist.
